KK…here are the pictures of my sticky toffee pudding. While they were still warm I dunked the tops into the just prepared sauce. They soaked up quite a lot. As you can see, Dean is my #1 fan. He ate his portion and half of another. On my second dinner party, I cut the puddings in half and toasted them in the oven until crispy then drizzled sauce all over them. The bottoms soaked up a lot of the sauce and the guests gobbled them up. These were a great hit again this year. Thanks AMM
